TEMPUS CONSECTETUR
The FlexFold LP300-400 is a flatwork folder, designed to fold both small and large-piece linen alike, (sheets, duvets, table linen, napkins, pillow cases etc). The FlexFold LP300-400 differs from other folders due to its simple yet durable design which achieves both high quality folding and high levels of production. The FlexFold LP300-400 is available in either single lane or multi-lane versions. In both single lane and multi-lane the FlexFold LP300-400 makes 2 or 3 primary folds per lane, with up to three cross-folds available when used as full-width, single lane machine.
STACKER
After the cross folds are made the piece is discharged towards the stacker section. The folder can be supplied with either rotary type stackers, roll-off stackers or drop-stackers and are available either as single or double units. The machines can also be supplied with a simple discharge-table instead of a stacking-unit, if desired.
KNIFE FOLDING
The first cross-fold is made by knife and the second cross-fold (for large pieces only) is made by reversing-belts in combination with a knife. It is possible to by-pass this second cross fold if required. The third cross-fold is made by knife forcing the pieces between pinch rollers.
MAINTENANCE FREE DESIGN
Maintenance-free transmission due to timing belts / flat belt drive. No chains, so no lubrication required.
No high maintenance mechanical clutch/brake devices.
