FlexFeed Turbo

The FlexFeed Turbo is the first folding machine on the market which makes feeding for the operator easier and therefore increases production significantly. Making a high production towel folder is useless when the operator is not able to feed at a continuous high rate. Due to the almost vertical vacuum assisted infeed belt and automatic correction unit, feeding towels has never been easier before, saving labour costs and floor space.

Skew fed items are corrected on the fly and enter the fold section straight. The upper section also acts as buffer station for highest productivity.

The new FLEXFEED TURBO is a new type towel folding machine offering all kinds of folding patterns, including the so called French fold. The FLEXFEED TURBO allows to feed towels a much higher pace compared to traditional folders
