Our flatwork feeders are in accordance to the same principles as all the other Foltex machines “Engineered for reliability, designed for simplicity. Our existing portfolio of feeders consist currently of: – FlexFeed SP300 – 400 small piece napkin feeder – FlexFeed LP300-400 manual large piece feeder – FlexFeed LP300/1-400/1 large piece feeder with one set of spreader clamps. A 3 station feeder will follow later in 2014. The FlexFeed SP305 is available in 3000mm, 3300mm, 3500mm and 4000mm working width. The FlexFeed SP300-400 feeder is recognised for its simple but sound design.

SAFETY FIRST

The FlexFeed feeder is provided with only one e-motor which is directly driving the main conveyor belt. By means of simple drive system the high speed infeed roller is driven via the main conveyor roller. A simple balance system ensures that the infeed roller stops spinning once friction exceeds certain level.

HIGH POWER VACUUM

The FlexFeed is provided with a 4 strong fans, which can be activated as pair of 2 or all 4 together. The vacuum chute is designed in such a that napkins can processed in the best possible way.
